Saracens in Mill HIll is a highly successful Premiership rugby club. It is also very community spirited and has been involved in many initiatives and projects for the benefit of young people - many of whom are underprivileged. Dee's association with "Sarries" has given her the opportunity to become involved in the training of students and the mentoring of apprentices. In a collaboration with Capel Manor Horticultural College in Enfield, Dee has been able to give teams of students the chance to get involved in work projects at the stadium.

Dee is also currently mentoring one of the apprentices employed by Saracens and it has been very rewarding to see how a young person, with no previous experience in horticlture, can thrive and achieve their goals when given the opportunity and encouragement to do so.
